This guide, created by Gwendolyn Reece at American University, provides instructions on how to request an absentee ballot for the U.S. general election being held November 5, 2024.
There is “no excuse” vote by mail voting. Each County has their own forms, BUT we have found that many states end up requiring you to use the state wide form and we are not recommending that you just use that in print and mail it:
Your signature must match your signature of record.
Vote by mail ballots must be RECEIVED by election day, either by mail or hand-delivered to a secure drop box in your county. Contact your Supervisor of Elections of look at their website to find these locations. https://dos.elections.myflorida.com/supervisors/
