Requesting a Ballot

• Students living away from their permanent address is a valid excuse:  Information about Voting Absentee:  Absentee Ballots | New Hampshire Secretary of State (nh.gov) and instructions:  You must include BOTH the form AND the Affidavit.  The affidavit requires a witness.  You must also include a copy of your ID.
