Summary:
Gale permits text and data mining of its primary source collections as long as the researcher's request corresponds to a collection previously purchased by the library. Content is delivered via physical hard drive, which will contain XML content, the same as the OCR text viewable in the database's public interface, as well as the accompanying metadata. Gale will not field requests for hard drives from individuals. Hard drives must be purchased by, and distributed through, the library.
