OPAN 6552 – Digital Technologies and Analytics

Students will be required to present an overview of a news article related to technology and/or analytics. Each student must find an article in a reputable news source and prepare a short (5-7 minute) presentation answering the following questions: (1) what tool/technology/company is the
article about and what are the main takeaways?; (2) how is that tool/technology used in business and/or analytics?; (3) what are the strategic implications for business leaders?; (4) are there any short-term or long-term recommendations you think are important for business leaders to be aware of?
