The Center focuses on researching and reducing cancer-related Health Disparities in the United States. A branch of the National Cancer Institute, the Center provides access to a variety of research and resources.

A joint project of UW Health Sciences Library and the Harborview Medical Center's Community House Calls Program. Contains information about cultural beliefs, medical issues and other related issues pertinent to the health care of recent immigrants to Seattle or the US, many of whom are refugees fleeing war-torn parts of the world.

The Institute for Diversity and Health Equity (IFDHE), part of the American Hospital Association (AHA), works closely with health services organizations to advance health equity for all and to expand leadership opportunities for ethnic minorities in health management. We have long believed that promoting diversity within health care leadership and tackling health disparities is critical to ensuring the highest quality of care for everyone.
