Esri makes many training courses for ArcGIS products available to Georgetown University users for free. In order to access training, users will need to have a free ArcGIS Online account.

1. Sign in to your Georgetown University ArcGIS Online account.
   1. Go to https://georgetownuniv.maps.arcgis.com/
   2. Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner
   3. Select "Use your Georgetown University Account"
   4. You may be directed to the Georgetown University login page, where you will enter your NetID and password. If you are already logged in to another Georgetown site (such as email), you might not be prompted to login.
2. Once you are logged in, at the top right, click on your name, then Training.
   1. This will open a new tab with the Esri Training website.
   2. Check the upper right section - does it say your name or username? If so, you should be properly logged into the Training website.
      1. If the upper right section says "Sign In," click that. Below the username and password boxes, click on "Your ArcGIS organization's URL", and in the next screen, put "georgetownuniv" into the box before .maps.arcgis.com , and then continue. Then select "Using your Georgetown University Account" and proceed to (re)login with your Georgetown credentials on the Georgetown login page.
