Obtaining Software
Below are direct links to versions of software. Please review instructions above before downloading any files.
For users who are unable to install ArcGIS Pro on their own computer or access a shared workstation, ArcGIS Pro is available on Nutanix Frame - a virtual computer lab - through your web browser. For performance and accessibility reasons, you are still strongly recommended to install ArcGIS Pro on your own machine, whenever possible. Within the Nutaix Frame, your access is limited to 2 hour sessions. Ensure that you save your work and review all documentation on Nutanix Frame provided by University information Services.
To access Nutanix Frame:
On Nutanix Frame, ArcGIS Pro can be used without logging in to your ArcGIS Online account. You can also link it to your own ArcGIS Online account to work with existing maps and to take advantage of your credits. To do so, follow the instructions for authorizing your ArcGIS Software. This will need to be done each time you log in to Nutanix Frame as your configuration and files are not saved.
ArcMap is not available on Nutanix Frame.
More information about using Frame is available from the UIS Service Center. Technical issues and troubleshooting questions related to the Nutanix Frame access should be sent to help@georgetown.edu.
Do not contact Esri directly for software support.
