Digital Primary Source Collections

Special Collections at Georgetown

Located on the 5th floor of Lauinger Library, the Special Collections Research Center (SCRC) offers treasures that include a Shakespeare First Folio, an original manuscript of Twain's Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and a robust run of Punch (British magazine of humor and satire, 1841-2002).

The SCRC Catalog describes Georgetown's rich collections.  Pay particular attention to the Literature & Linguistics section.

See Search Strategies for Special Collections for finding aids and guides to searching the collections efficiently.

  • Caricatures and cartoons
  • Archives
