All information on the NCBI website is available to the public.
- Dryad Digital RepositoryDryad collects data files associated with any published article in the sciences or medicine, as well as software scripts and other files important to the article. Find open data packages available for reuse or submit your own data.
- Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF)GBIF is an international open data infrastructure for biodiversity information. The data accessible through GBIF relate to evidence about more than 1.6 million species, collected over three centuries of natural history exploration and including current observations from citizen scientists, researchers and automated monitoring programs.
- iDigBioThe Integrated Digitized Biocollections (iDigBio) database provides data and images for millions of biological specimens.
