Periodical articles often do not give the author or the title, but unlike for books - those are not necessary to get the article.
Almost every reference to an article, regardless of the language contains at a minimum:
Sometimes there is a year, but you don't have to have that because for periodical articles, the volume# is linked to the year.
You want to focus on the Journal / Periodical Title abbreviation. Once you have this, you are good to go.

Google ~ Google again often works for this
Type the word abbreviation followed by the whole abbreviation
Example: abbreviation Archiv. f. naturg. Google gives you Archiv für Naturgeschichte which is the title of the periodical.
