Marketing Plan
Your goal is to come up with a plan to grow a company (it can be any brand of product, service or non-profit organization) using any growth strategy you want (i.e., market penetration, market development, product development, or diversification).You need to identify a specific marketing challenge the organization is facing and propose a plan that will help the company overcome this challenge and meet certain strategic objectives. This may involve repositioning, product line extensions, brand extensions, developing a new communications approach, reaching out to a new segment, increasing retention, etc. The goal is to grow, but how you do that is up to you.
