What is a magazine

Magazines are written for a wider population and will cover specific products. When a general periodical is a magazine the articles are written by non-specialists; reviewed by an editor, but not by a panel of experts; articles may or may not mention sources in the text; and extensive advertising, lavish photos, colorful cover to market the magazine.

An example of a magazine would be Bloomberg Business Week
