Oculus Quest Users Guide: Home

This guide will enable users to utilize and understand the basic functions of the Oculus Quest headsets.

Oculus Quest Overview

The Oculus Quest is a Virtual Reality headset which knows where you are via built-in Insight tracking via headset and Touch controllers. With these devices users are able to  utilize room-scale safe-guard technology without the need of external sensors. Your movements and orientation are precisely translated in your VR experiences in real time.

Whether you're interested in using simulations as an exercise, or creative applications for prototyping, the Oculus Quest is a helpful VR headset alternative compared to the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
