Where Art Books are Located

Most art books are shelved in the N call numbers. (fourth floor)
- N call numbers arrange books by art medium
  - N - Visual Arts
  - NA - Architecture
  - NB - Sculpture
  - NC - Drawing, Design, Illustration
  - ND - Painting
  - NE - Print Media
  - NK - Decorative Arts
  - NX - Arts General
- Books on an artist who works in different media will be scattered throughout the N's.
Large-sized books are labeled Quarto and Folio in HoyaSearch. These are shelved on the second floor and can be borrowed.
Photography books are usually in the TR call numbers (fifth floor)
Museum studies books are located on the first floor, in the AM section.
